What does this mean? It’s all-hands-on-deck at the City of Leduc in preparation for the judges’ arrival placing a spotlight on civic pride, quality of life and the high standard of Leduc’s public green spaces.

Community involvement is an essential factor and part of the judges’ criteria:

  • Community appearance
  • Environmental action
  • Heritage conservation
  • Tree management
  • Landscaped areas
  • Plant and floral displays

Participation by residents and businesses can help Leduc capture the 5-Bloom award; now is the time to show off your green thumb, your commitment to environmental action and a beautiful city.

Demonstrating civic pride takes many forms for Leduc’s residents, corporate citizens, and the municipality. Extensive work is underway to ensure municipal lands and green spaces uphold CiB standards.

We’re proud of Leduc’s strong history for Communities in Bloom spanning over 20 years. Click HERE to learn more about Leduc’s CiB successes.
