Kids Have Stress Too

Children experience everyday stress in a different way than adults. Stress can affect children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual well-being and extreme stress can have a negative effect on brain development in younger children. This workshop will teach parents/caregivers how to recognize stress in children and how to help children learn to manage stress.
