The City of Leduc will host Kids Have Stress Too through Zoom on March 2 and 9. This session is geared towards families and caregivers. Registration is required by Feb. 23; to register, please email frn@leduc.ca.

Session description:
This two-part workshop helps parents/caregivers understand childhood stress and how to provide children with the tools to deal with stress effectively. It is a broad-based primary prevention program which provides parents, caregivers, and communities with the knowledge, awareness and skills to help young people become healthier and more resilient through learning how to manage their stress. Part 2 of this workshop is for children and their grownups. This will include guided activities to help learn and practice stress management strategies. Geared for Parents/Caregivers of school aged children.
