2025 Property Assessment Notices
Property assessment notices have been mailed for 2025. An assessment notice shows the market value of your property, which will be used to calculate the annual municipal property tax and provincial education tax. If you are signed up for electronic notifications for assessment and tax notices, please check your spam/junk folders and mark propertytaxes@leduc.ca as a safe sender.
Owners have until April 1, 2025, to review their assessments, follow up with any questions or concerns, and file a formal complaint.
Tax notices are mailed out in May each year, with payment due by June 30.
