Oh, the teen years! The mood swings, the eye-rolling, the crying – and that’s just the parents! Join us online to learn about this exciting, challenging and often wonderful phase of your child’s development. In this two-hour session based on Psychology Canada’s booklet, Straight Talk About Teens, parents and guardians will explore:
- the teenage brain
- what matters to teens
- maintaining a positive relationship
- communicating with teens
- managing risky behaviours
- fair and effective discipline
