For non-urgent city maintenance concerns such as potholes, broken sidewalks or playground equipment, multiway trail damage, or overgrown grass in public spaces, please submit a report through SeeClickFix:

If your city maintenance concern is urgent (sewer backup, water main break, etc.), please contact administration during normal business hours at (780)-980-7133 or our 24-hour call centre at (780)-980-7108.
