Caledonia Park Roadwork
Roads in the Caledonia Park area will undergo surface overlays this season to ensure their continued stability and safety for years to come.
- Campbell Road between 42 Street and Caledonia Drive
- Douglas Crescent and the north portion of Douglas Lane

There may be temporary periods of impacts to street parking, mail delivery, and bussing in order to complete the work as efficiently as possible. Residents in the area are encouraged to please keep an eye out for signage and additional details from the contractor throughout the season.

Project Update:
| July 15, 2022 | Backfill behind curb and gutters has finished, grass seed has been placed. Some landscaping touch ups remain and will be completed later in the summer. |
| June 30, 2022 | Due to rain and saturated soil backfilling of landscaping has been delayed and is expected to occur once soil conditions improve. |
| June 22, 2022 | Paving is complete on Campbell Road, Douglas Lane, and Douglas Crescent. No parking signs are removed, and residents are permitted to park on the street. Backfill of landscaping with soil is anticipated to occur over the next week, and sod will be placed later this year. |
| June 16, 2022 | Ongoing - Milling is complete and the road is currently being paved. This is expected to take approximately 2 to 3 days. |
| June 10, 2022 | Ongoing - Milling and paving of the road will begin on June 13, and is expected to be complete by June 18. During this time the road will be closed and no parking will be allowed on the street to allow for the milling and paving work to occur. If garbage pick-up normally occurs in the front, residents can continue to place their bins in the front and they will be collected as normal. |
| June 2, 2022 | Ongoing - Concrete removals began May 30. Work has started on forming the new portions of curb and gutter. Once forming is complete, new concrete placement will occur tenatively June 3-6. |
| May 26, 2022 | Scheduled - Concrete repairs are expected to begin the week of May 30. The road will remain open while concrete repairs are completed, but there may be some traffic disruptions. No parking signs will be posted where the concrete repairs are occuring; parking will remain in portions of the road where repairs are not happening. Paving of the road is expected to occur in late June, at which time there will be no parking permitted on the entire road while paving is completed. |
| Feb. 23, 2022 | Scheduled - Project currently in the design and procurement phase. Additional information will follow prior to construction. |
