The City of Leduc has an active seven-member council and an administration with a workforce of over 450 employees in a wide variety of positions.

Training is the key to maintaining our investment in our people. 

At the City of Leduc, we believe strongly in the development and training of our staff. Ongoing employee training helps maintain our ability to provide services to residents and develop the skills necessary to develop new and innovative service levels.

We take every measure to reduce work place illness and injury. The OH&S Program for the City of Leduc focuses on such issues as Hazard Assessment and Controls, Workplace Audits, and Safe Work Practices.
