EMS Survey

City of Leduc Fire Services assists more than 4,000 people a year for emergency medical calls and would like to hear from those customers, and/or family, friends or bystanders of an emergency medical incident, to obtain valuable input to help shape future improvements to their service delivery. Your feedback is important and appreciated, and we thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
