Join us for an interactive workshop that focuses on stress and how we can recognize when it becomes a problem for our health. Participants will learn ways to identify and manage stress and
come away with a personal action plan, which may include various stress management techniques.

This is a Recovery Alberta program and will be facilitated by Leduc County Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) in partnership with City of Leduc FCSS.
