Information & Referral Services

Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) provides assistance to residents of the City of Leduc, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For more information, contact FCSS at 780-980-7109.

FCSS Information & Referral Services bring people and services together. Information and referral specialists are trained to seek out necessary information, assess the situation and find the organization(s) and service(s) best suited to provide help. We are here to help when you don’t know where to turn by:

• Providing the link between essential community services and the people who need them,
• Assessing the situation and finding an organization or service best suited to the need, and 
• Providing access to programs and subsidies such as the Leduc Recreation Assistance Program (RAP), Canadian Tire Jumpstart, Sport Central, and the Creative Culture Connections Program (CCC)
