Skate Park, Where Wheels Meet Rails

Essential repairs to the street feature section of the Leduc Skate Park will be made in summer 2026 to address immediate safety concerns.

What Leduc Skate Park users can expect:

The street feature section will remain open.
The bowl feature will be closed indefinitely.
Essential repairs will take place this summer while minimizing disruptions.
Safety signage will be posted on site to highlight potential risks.

While this work is underway, planning will begin for a new all-wheel facility to replace the current park. Information about public engagement and the design of a new facility will be shared as it becomes available.

The Leduc Skate Park, located along 50 Street, has a total area of 2,173 m² (23,389.98 sq. ft.) and includes two sections.

A bowl section: Total area of 784m² (8,438.91 sq. ft.) and includes a spine and clamshell.
The street section: Total area of 1,389m² (14,951.10 sq. ft.) and contains a seven-set with rail, a five-set with a rail, one manual pad, one San Francisco ledge, a plaza path, five additional rails, and one fire hydrant.
