June is Recreation & Parks Month

June is Recreation and Parks Month in Canada, and The City of Leduc and the Leduc Recreation Centre (LRC) encourage residents to participate by getting active, celebrating the outdoors and enjoying the many green spaces, parks, playgrounds and trails we have in the community.

Established as a community mobilization movement, Recreation and Parks Month engages children and families across the country to partake in activities that increase physical activity, promote healthy living and encourage a safe environment.

Get exploring with your families, friends, schools, the community and more!
