Council Meeting livestream technical difficulties

On March 27, there were technical difficulties with the audio feed for the City of Leduc Council Meeting livestream. The audio technology is supported by a third party provider, and integrates with the civic meeting management software used by the City. The diagnostics that the City Information Technology (CIT) team were able to run the evening of March 27 did not locate the problem. Today, the CIT team continues to work with the provider to identify and solve the issue in advance of the April 3 Council meeting.

Along with the livestream, the City also connects presenters who are not able to attend in person through a Zoom meeting link. The March 27 meeting was recorded through the Zoom link and the video is now available.
