How to book a trip with Leduc On-Demand Transit and LATS changes Nov. 7

Starting Nov. 7, all On-Demand Transit (ODT) and Leduc Assisted Transportation Service (LATS) rides must be booked through the new Book My Bus app. The change will make booking easier, faster, and more convenient while also streamlining operations. The Book My Bus app will replace the Pick-Up app for ODT riders.
For LATS riders, this booking system will be new with the ability to book via an app, online or by phone. LATS drivers will also no longer sell tickets onboard, but riders can pay the cash fare to ride.
How to pre-book your ride (starting Nov. 1 for trips on/after Nov. 7):
- Download the Book My Bus app from Google Play or the Apple Store
- Visit book.mybus.rideco.com
- Phone the call centre 780-986-RIDE (7433)
Getting started on Book My Bus
For On-Demand Transit riders:
- Use the same login and password details from Pick-Up to log onto Book My Bus
- Book trips up to Nov. 6 on Pick-Up; book trips for Nov. 7 and onwards on Book My Bus
- Book same day service or up to 10 days in advance
For LATS riders:
- Activate your account to start booking rides by calling 780-986-7433.

Accounts have been created for you on the app or web portal if you have an email registered with LATS.
- Once you are on the app or website, access your account by clicking “Forgot Password” and reset your password.
- If you have ridden LATS in the past year, you can enter your address as the origin, or, you can click the pin located over your home on the map.
- Subscriptions will be automatically transferred to the new system for you.
- Book same day service or up to 10 days in advance
