Notice of Proposed Settlement Agreement

On June 20, 2023 the City of Leduc and Representative Plaintiffs, Mindy Smith and Christa Steele, through their lawyers, reached an amicable resolution to the class action lawsuit brought against The City of Leduc and submitted a proposed settlement agreement to the Court of King’s Bench for review and approval on July 4, 2023.
