Temporary nighttime road closures on 65 Avenue start July 10

65 Avenue westbound and eastbound lanes will be temporarily closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on July 10 and 11 for underground construction work.  

Traffic will be detoured through the service road at the intersection of 50 street and 64 Avenue running through to Sparrow Drive and 65 Avenue. Follow detour signage in the area.  

The off-ramp construction is part of the 65 Avenue and QEII Interchange Project. The two-year long project will support safety and ease of movement of people and goods upon completion. It will stimulate continued economic development through investment growth, job creation, and diversification in our community.
