City launches e-newsletter to distribute news and important updates

The City of Leduc has launched an e-newsletter tool that will be used to share the latest news, media advisories and public service announcements with a wider audience. This includes local residents, business owners, reporters and journalists, staff, City Council, our partners in the region and beyond.  

“Whether it’s about programs and services, upcoming events or urgent news, the ability to directly connect with people who live and work in our community supports Council’s vision to enhance the city’s information sharing and community engagement efforts,” says City of Leduc Mayor Bob Young. “By subscribing to the e-newsletter, you’ll have the latest updates from the city at your fingertips and will always be in the know.” 

The online tool will provide a variety of benefits to the community and City of Leduc staff who subscribe, including: 

  • The latest news and updates delivered directly to your inbox; 
  • A consistent and reliable method for receiving information from the city; 
  • Freedom to read important information when it is most convenient for you; and 
  • The ability to unsubscribe at any time.
