Reminder to renew business licences

With the continued mail disruption, business owners are encouraged to renew their business licences online. 

Businesses who already have a CityView Portal account linked to their business licence will get an emailed notice with instructions on how to renew.  

How to create a new portal account 

To create a new Cityview Portal account follow these steps: 

  1. Click "Register" on the right under "CityView Portal."
  2. Create your account. 

Once your account is confirmed, email business@leduc.ca to link it to your business licence application. This will allow you to renew, pay, and access your 2025 licence.

New and renewed business licences will be available electronically through the CityView portal – paper licences will not be issued. Proof of a valid licence is still required upon request and can be presented electronically or physically (print licence via CityView).    

Please note that you are still responsible for renewing your business licence, which expires on December 31, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact Business Licensing at business@leduc.ca or 780-980-8427.
