Hearing Notices
The Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, requires city council to hold a public hearing with respect to a proposed bylaw to adopt or amend:
- An inter-municipal development plan
- A municipal development plan
- An area structure plan
- An area redevelopment plan
- A land-use bylaw
A new Advertising Bylaw coming into effect Feb. 1, 2025 requires statutory notices to be posted on the City’s website at least 14 days in advance of the applicable date.

Presentations/submissions: Anyone who wishes to speak to Council at the time of the public hearing or provide a written submission is asked to contact the City Clerk’s Office (780-980-7156 or cbelke@leduc.ca).
