Safe Speed Community Signs Request

Thank you for your interest in community signs that promote safe speeds on residential roads. Signs are a free community-led, City-enabled tool that bring awareness to and reduce speeding. They are designed to help change the culture and attitudes around speeding and are a great way to show your neighbours you care. Signs can be placed on your front lawn from May 1 - Sept. 30. They cannot be placed on grass that is maintained by the City and cannot obstruct visibility for drivers.

Eligibility:

  • You are responsible for the maintenance and placement of the signs.
  • You must pick up the signs at the Civic Centre in Leduc during regular business hours (by appointment).

The personal information requested on this form is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will be used for the purposes of the City of Leduc’s Safe Speeds program.
