Gone STRONG Athletics hosts Co-Ed COMPETITION!

Teams of 4 – 6 (2 men max) will compete in 4 Events to test

Speed. Power. Strength. Performance.

DATE: Saturday January 25^th

TIME: 1:00-5:00 pm

LOCATION: Leduc Rec Center Courts

COST: $400/ Team (plus gst)

PRIZES: $400 cash plus medals for the winning team!!

EVENTS:  This Event is FUN for anyone and everyone! You will work as a team during each event to score the most points. Each event will combine a variety of elements to take  you to your max! Teamwork is KEY! The exact details of each event will be given to teams on the day of the event.
