The Leduc Census 2023 closed on May 31, 2023. The City’s new recorded population is 36,060, which is a 9.20 per cent growth since 2019 (a municipal census was skipped in 2021 because it was an election year).

Census 2019
The Leduc Census 2019 concluded May 31, 2019, and the city is pleased to report a new population of 33,032, which is a 1.8 per cent growth over 2018.

Leduc Census 2018 concluded May 31, 2018, with a population of 32,448, which is a 4.2 per cent growth over 2017.

Leduc's updated 2016 population count was 30,498 (growth rate of 4% over 2015, and 80% since 2006). The City grew with the addition of 1,194 new residents.
