MDP Updates Open House

The City of Leduc is updating its Municipal Development Plan (MDP) this year and wants to hear from the community as part of the process. Drop in at the open house to give your input on changes that will redistrict areas in the southeast of the Leduc, encourage high density, add more residential and introduce mixed-use nodes. 

DATE: June 6, 2023 

TIME: 2:30-5:30 p.m. 

LOCATION: Leduc Recreation Centre 

We are looking for your input to: 

  • Confirm the direction of the MDP updates  
  • Tell us how you would like to see the southeast area of the city be developed

About the MDP 
The MDP influences how residents interact with both built and natural environments on a day-to-day basis. This includes the roads they drive on, the businesses they shop in, and the development of the multiway as our city continues to expand. It defines policies and directs decisions on land use planning, community service priorities and infrastructure investment.
