• 6:30pm - Doors open  
• 6:30pm - Information & Resource Fair & networking
• 7:00pm - Formal presentation will take place inside the atrium and will include Traditional ceremonial smudging,  prayer, 3 guest speakers,  open mic commemorative moment 'speak their name'
• 7:45pm - Information & Resource Fair, Naloxone training, memorial activities & networking 
• 8:45pm - Remembrance & Awareness March with Ceremonial drumming
• 8:55pm - Candlelight Vigil moment of silence
