City of Leduc Newcomer Volunteer Mixer: Year to Connect

If you’re new to Canada, or Leduc, and speak English as your second language and are looking for ways to give back to the community, meet like-minded people, and share your life experiences with others, join us on Saturday, April 5 at the Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts. 

Translators will be on-site to help you learn more about: 

  • Networking opportunities 
  • Educational workshops hosted by the City
  • How you can start volunteering in our community 

Join us for an opportunity to connect with local volunteer organizations, tasty food and live cultural performances on-stage.  

When: Saturday, April 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. 

  • 1 p.m. - Doors open
  • 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. - Presentations and cultural performances
  • 2:30 - 4 p.m. - Tradeshow and cultural cuisine
