Ed SteinEd Stein played broomball for the first time at the age of 22 and was hooked. He wanted to improve the team and raise the profile of broomball in the Leduc community. He began to promote and organize the sport, getting involved with the Leduc league's executive as well as the Edmonton league. - View full bio - |
Jeff DrummondJeff Drummond enjoys many sports, but hockey has always been his favorite. He played all his minor hockey in Leduc, from ages six to 16, including five years with the Leduc Junior Athletic Club. At the age of nine he was team captain at the Team Brick Championship in 1991. - View full bio - |
Randy MittonRandy Mitton first started officiating at outdoor hockey games in Calgary when he was 12 years old. By the time he was 15 he joined the Calgary Officiating Association. At the age of 17 he was acting as linesman for Alberta Junior Hockey League games while continuing to referee novice, pee wee, bantam and midget games. Stan KernBorn and raised on a farm just outside of Leduc, Stan Kern started playing fastball as a third baseman but transitioned to being a pitcher. He went on to become one of the best fastball pitchers of all time, legendary for his powerful throw. - View full bio - |
