Workshop - Mutual Performance Evaluations

Feedback is essential to sustain continued engagement, commitment and growth. Successful performance reviews provide an opportunity to open communication between you, your volunteers and organization. Outcomes from volunteer performance reviews can range from "applause" to "dismissal" by the volunteer or the organization.

• Define what a mutual performance evaluation/review looks like
• Discover the most effective process of implementing an evaluation program
• Discuss the barriers and numerous benefits in incorporating a volunteer evaluation plan
• Implement volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition plan to sustain and re-energize your volunteer engagement through performance evaluation/reviews
