Council Presentation Request Form
Leduc City Council welcomes individuals and groups to make presentations to Council during Council meetings.
Presentation requests must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office. Presenters who chose to share visual aids and/or any other documents must include these documents when submitting their request form.
Both the request form and visual aids/documents are required before the presentation will be submitted for consideration by the Mayor and City Manager. If approved, the City Clerk's office will contact the requester to schedule the presentation for the appropriate meeting. Presentations can be up to 15 minutes in duration, inclusive of questions from members of council.
