Caledonia Roadwork
Roads in the Caledonia area will undergo surface overlays this season to ensure their continued stability and safety for years to come.
- 39 Street (33 Ave and Caledonia Dr)
- 43 Street (36 Ave into cul de sac)
- 44 Street (35 Ave and 37 Ave)
- 36 Avenue (44 St and 42 St)
- 33 Avenue (39 St and Coady Blvd)
There may be temporary periods of impacts to street parking, mail delivery, and bussing in order to complete the work as efficiently as possible. Residents in the area are encouraged to please keep an eye out for signage and additional details from the contractor throughout the season.

Project Update
| Date | Status |
| July 20, 2023 | Paving and landscaping is complete. There are a few landscaping deficiencies that will be addressed over the next week. |
| June 22, 2023 | Concrete repairs are complete, with paving ongoing over the next few days. Paving is expected to be done by the end of the week, with landscaping following in the next two weeks. |
| June 8, 2023 | Walks are complete on the south/west side of the roads, with work ongoing on the north/east sides of the roads. Paving is expected to start the week of June 20. |
| May 25, 2023 | Concrete work on 33rd Ave./39th St. is ongoing, with anticipated completion of the sidewalks along the south/west side early next week. After work is completed, work will begin on the other side of the road. |
