Overview:
Two access manholes will be installed to the existing box culverts that carry the majority of the downtown cores storm water. This will allow proper access for maintenance and cleaning of the lines.

| July 30, 2021 | On-time | Underground work is complete. Surface work is ongoing. Tentative completion anticipated for mid-August. |
| July 22, 2021 | On-time | Construction started on July 20. Manholes are installed and contractor is working on the backfill and resurfacing. |
| July 15, 2021 | Scheduled | Project anticipated to begin mid-to-late July. |
| June 30, 2021 | Scheduled | Construction re-scheduled to August. |
