Sept. 9, 2021 Complete Project is substantially complete, with a few minor outstanding deficiencies to be addressed. 
Sept. 1, 2021 On-time Paving is complete. Tie-ins are anticipated to be complete by the end of next week, weather pending. The contractor provided this notice to impacted residents regarding garbage collection. 
August 26, 2021 On-time Paving is complete. Contractor will return within next few weeks to complete gravel tie-ins and landscaping. 
August 5, 2021 On-time APEX upgrades are complete. Road removals and gravel base are complete. Concrete installation is scheduled for this week. 
July 30, 2021 On-time Contractor will commence reconstruction of the lane on July 28. Completion expected in 3 to 4 weeks. 
July 22, 2021 On-time APEX gas line upgrades ongoing, anticipated to be complete the week of July 26. Contractor will commence reconstruction of the lane the same week.
July 15, 2021 On-time APEX gas line upgrades ongoing, tentatively anticipated to be complete by the end of July. 
July 7, 2021 On-time Milling of asphalt is complete. Contractor has demobilized from site until the APEX gas line upgrades are complete. 
June 30, 2021 Scheduled Contractor will be out July 5 to mill the asphalt and APEX will follow to start upgrading the gas line. 
June 24, 2021 Scheduled APEX will be out the week of July 5 to lower the gas line, and they are expected to be complete within 3 weeks. 
May 13, 2021 Scheduled The scope of work has been awarded and the contractor is planning the work, which is anticipated to begin in June. More updates to come when contractor is ready to move into the area. 
April 12, 2021 Scheduled
Project currently in the design and procurment phase and additonal information will follow prior to construction.
