47th Street between 54th Avenue and 61st Avenue
- Will undergo a surface overlay
- Due to width of 47th Street at 59th Avenue, a change in line painting will create a westbound turning lane.
- A pull-out parking area will be created on 47th Street, adjacent to the commercial business area at 61st Avenue and 50th Street.

| June 2, 2021 | On-time | Some concrete removal and rehabilitation work will begin next week (June 7). |
| May 13, 2021 | Scheduled | The scope of work has been awarded and the contractor is planning the work, which is anticipated to begin in June. More updates to come when contractor is ready to move into the area. |
