Southfork Drive between Hwy 2A and Southfork Drive, including the Hwy 2A intersection

- Minor spot repairs will be made to concrete curb and the asphalt monowalk.

| June 24, 2021 | On-time | Concrete repairs have started and are expected to be complete toward the end of next week. Milling and paving is scheduled to start the week of July 5. |
| June 18, 2021 | On-time | Paving in area of Southwick Point has been advanced to Saturday, June 19, and garbage collection will resume as per normal by laneway collection on June 21st. Impacted residents were provided notice by the contractor. |
| June 9, 2021 | On-time | Concrete repairs have been delayed due to weather, and will be rescheduled for the week of June 14 or 21. |
| June 2, 2021 | On-time | Concrete repair work will commence next week (June 7). |
| May 13, 2021 | Scheduled | The scope of work has been awarded and the contractor is planning the work, which is anticipated to begin in June. More updates to come when contractor is ready to move into the area. |
